NOTE: This post has been backdated from our Wixsite!
This is a brief post to fully address the now resolved issue we experienced for a few hours on Friday (1st November 2019).
The page had recently been created and had been tested extensively before publishing and no issues were discovered. However, unfortunately during or after some post-publish editing process an error occurred and the page was rendered completely unreadable because all layout information was lost and all elements on the page were displayed at the top-centre of the page, overlapping one-another.
This issue only affected the mobile version of our site, and we aren’t sure if the error was on our part or the part of our web host. We were able to resolve the issue by falling back to a previously published version of our site and making the changes again manually. Testing once again revealed no issues and the mobile version of our site now appears to work without error.
We’re continuing to monitor all our pages (computer and mobile version) for errors similar to these.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone once again for their patience in recent weeks. We’re working hard to minimise both the occurrences and impact of problems with our site, refresh plans and more.
